Hi and welcome!

It is great to be able to share the lessons from my 20 years’ experience in  leadership and management (consulting with business, delivering courses and teaching at various Universities). 

I have worked with clients in many different industries – including IT, finance, retail, education, and Not for Profit.

I undertook my PhD at the  University of NSW, researching the importance of integrity and character in management behaviour for building trust within organisations.

I have taught at least one program every six months at various Universities for the last 20 years.

I really enjoy facilitating learning about leadership and management, as well as coaching leaders and managers.

I have ensured that I stay up to date with my profession through various bodies – including as a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Higher Education Academy and the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. 

A key lesson I learned, is that your people are key to any organisation, so trust in you as their manager is actually critical to the entire organisation performing well! Those lessons are shared in the multi-award winning book “Be a Better Manager in 5 Minutes a Day”.
